GENERAL
This nice house is ready to move in! Because of its location in a quiet street with a playground in front of the door and the center with elementary school within walking distance, this is the ideal family home or a nice home for people who want to live a little smaller. GROUND FLOOR:
ENTREE
You enter the house through the front door that opens into the hall. Here the meter cupboard has recently been replaced and now has 8 groups. The toilet room was completely redone in 2022 and looks modern and sleek with the dark floor, white walls and built-in niche in the back wall. Under the stairs is a convenient stair closet that is ideal for storing such things as provisions and cleaning supplies. Through the hall you can access the living room or the kitchen. Through a hatch in the floor by the front door, the crawl space can be accessed.
LIVING ROOM
The spacious living room has a large window at the front and the back so there is plenty of light inside. The window frames are all plastic and therefore maintenance free. The windows that can be opened are all equipped with a fly screen. The window at the back has recently been fitted with a new roller shutter. On the entire first floor is a laminate floor in a light and neutral color and all walls are neatly plastered.
KITCHEN
The kitchen was renovated in 2015 and so neatly maintained that it still looks like new. In the kitchen you have access to a four-burner gas stove with hood, an oven and a refrigerator with freezer. The plastic countertop offers plenty of workspace and in the many kitchen cabinets is more than enough room for your utensils, pots and pans. At the cozy bar you can enjoy breakfast in the morning. Through the kitchen you can walk into the garden.
FLOOR:
The staircase in the hall leads to the floor with three bedrooms and the bathroom. Above the landing is a hatch with loft ladder that leads to the storage attic. Here you can store many things that you do not need so quickly. In the attic is also a room available. By placing a staircase (and possibly a dormer) you can create a spacious fourth bedroom.
BEDROOMS
All bedrooms have two windows, one of which is a hinged window with fly screen. The largest bedroom at the rear of the house also has a (recently renewed) shutter. The smallest bedroom is currently used as a laundry room and thus also has a connection for a washing machine. On the bedrooms and the landing is a laminate floor.
BATHROOM
The bathroom is fully tiled with dark tiles for the floor and large white tiles against the walls which provides a sleek and modern look. There is a bathtub with folding shower enclosure, a sink with cabinet, a toilet and a radiator. A small window provides necessary ventilation and mechanical ventilation is also available.
GARDEN:
The sunny backyard was redone last year and low maintenance with a small lawn, plant borders, a patio and a new fence. Because the garden faces south, the sun is present here much of the day. At the back of the garden is a handy (bicycle) shed, with electricity, whose door has recently been replaced. The garden is fully fenced and has a free back through a firebreak behind the houses. In the garden are several outlets, lighting and an outdoor tap.
